The Williams dual band probe (7q11.23 in Spectrum Orange, 7q31 in Spectrum Green) and the centromeric probe for chromosome 15 in Spectrum Aqua were used. A and B are examples of balanced or normal nuclei, whereas C is unbalanced due to the duplication of the Inserted segment and D is unbalanced due to the deletion of the inserted segment.
